We have always had a strong commitment to helping animals in our community. Here are a few examples of the ways we like to help.
Marin Humane Society - We were a pioneering clinic for the Marin Humane Society's community partnership feline spay/neuter program. Dr. Bacon and Dr. Lankes have also volunteered to help with the Marin Humane Society's community programs.
Marin Cat Connection - We support the Marin Cat Connection (MCC), founded by Bill Blogg, and currently headed up by Ann Allen. MCC provides care for injured and sick, homeless cats, as well as spaying and neutering large numbers of stray cats around Marin County.
Wildcare - For many years now, we have worked closely with Wildcare in San Rafael helping sick and injured animals such as bobcats, raccoons, opossums, sea birds, turtles, tortoises, and more.
Animal Care and Adoption - More recently, we have begun working with Animal Care and Adoption, a local rescue group focused on helping small mammals such as rats and guinea pigs find homes.
MILO Foundation - We assist this Bay Area nonprofit animal rescue group by providing free and low cost spays and neuters as well as other medical support. In addition to their Bay Area animal rescue and adoption work, MILO also provides an animal refuge sanctuary in northern California.
We also support numerous other rescue group efforts, and thank them all for everything they do for our beloved animals!
