Craig Flechsig, Practice Manager
Prior to working at CMCEH as the Practice Manager, I spent 20 years in executive operations management primarily in Silicon Valley and San Francisco. With a degree in Finance/Business Administration from San Jose State University, I worked for large corporations and small start up firms. Areas of responsibility included the operation and functioning of multiple facilities, real estate, project and office management, inventory systems and fiscal responsibility for multimillion dollar budgets. I have had the privilege to work with and manage a diversified staff over a dispersed geographical territory . In the past few years, I've also exercised my entrepreneurial gifts by starting my own company. I am happily married, the father of 3 boys, enjoy music and baseball, and have a King Charles Cavalier Spaniel.
Nicole Captanian, Receptionist
My curiosity for veterinary medicine began early on and the more I'm exposed to it, themore interested I become. A lover of school, science and research, I hope to pursue a career in this ever evolving field. I received my bachelor's degree in animal science from UC Davis and plan to apply to vet school this year. In my spare time, I enjoy rock climbing, hiking and traveling.

Rebecca Hutchinson, Assistant
I moved to the Bay Area in 2008 to complete my education at USF and now feel proud to call this area my home. While my background is diverse, I have found my true calling in veterinary medicine and plan to apply to veterinary school in the next few years. I find my current work as an assistant extremely fulfilling and rewarding. In my spare time I like to read, write, travel and of course spend time with my cats.

Amanda Trauger, Assistant
