Dr. Ken Bacon
Dr. Ken Bacon, an animal lover since childhood, was encouraged by his relatives to seek a career in the veterinary field early in his teens. An interest in unusual animals sent him to facilities as diverse as the NC Zoological Park in Asheboro, NC to practices in North Carolina, Tennessee, Colorado, and Oregon. The lure of the west brought Dr. Bacon to California shortly after graduation, and he has never left Marin County since (except for the occasional vacation). He continues to have a special interest in feline care, exotic animal medicine, and dentistry.
In addition to his veterinary work, Dr. Bacon also enjoys the entertainment field, and has appeared in numerous local plays as well as on television's Animal Planet.
